4. Free and Pro Plans

4.1. Free Plan

The free plan allows you to track up to 5 assets with basic features including email reminders.

4.2. Pro Plan

The Pro plan (₹299/month or ₹2,999/year) provides unlimited assets and advanced features. Payment terms and subscription details are subject to change with notice.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit harmful code or spam
• Respect intellectual property rights

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

7. Reminders and Notifications

While we make every effort to send timely reminders, we cannot guarantee delivery of email notifications. You are responsible for monitoring your assets and taking necessary actions. HomeMind is not liable for any losses resulting from missed reminders or notifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

HomeMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed warranty claims, or service appointments.

9. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to HomeMind. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the Service
• Send you reminders and notifications
• Backup and secure your data

You can export or delete your data at any time through the Service or by contacting us.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time by clearing your email from localStorage or contacting us to delete your account.
